Who we are
Creed Auto Worx is an automotive repair business serving Pretoria and Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at 082 553 9268.
What this website collects
The enquiry form on this website does not send or store your details on our server. When you tap “Continue to WhatsApp”, your browser builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can review it and choose whether to send it.
If you send that message, or contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you choose to share, such as:
- your name and contact number;
- your suburb or area;
- your vehicle’s make, model and year;
- a description of the problem, and any photos or videos you send;
- your preferred option and day.
The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It does not save what you type in the form to your device.
Why we use your details
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange an assessment, quote or repair;
- to keep a record of work we agree and carry out on your vehicle;
- to contact you about that work.
We don’t sell your details. We won’t send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Who we share details with
Only where it’s needed to do the work you’ve asked for — for example, giving a parts supplier your vehicle details to order the correct part, or a supplier warranty claim.
How long we keep details
If you’d like to know how long we keep your enquiry messages and job records, or would like them deleted, please ask us.
Your choices
